3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Protection — Automatic Redaction

Our built-in redaction engine scans for and masks:

• Credentials: passwords, API keys, tokens, private keys
• Personal Information: email addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers
• Infrastructure: connection strings, IP addresses, internal URLs

A redaction audit trail is maintained for compliance purposes.

5. AI Model Processing

We use third-party AI models (including DeepSeek, Google Gemini, and others) to analyze your data. When processing data through AI models:

• Sensitive data is redacted before transmission (see Section 4)
• We do not use your data to train third-party AI models
• AI processing occurs only when explicitly triggered by your team
• You can choose which AI provider to use

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party providers (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), we access only the data necessary to provide the Service — such as commit history, pipeline status, and deployment events. Integration tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We do not access your source code unless explicitly required for analysis.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can configure data retention policies within your organization settings:

• Log analysis data: configurable from 7 days to 1 year
• Audit logs: configurable from 30 days to forever
• Account data: retained until account deletion

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Encrypted storage of integration tokens and API keys
• Role-based access control within organizations
• Audit logging of all sensitive operations
• Rate limiting and circuit breakers on AI model calls

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data
• Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
