1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SerOps platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. The Service is operated by SerOps Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

SerOps provides an AI-powered DevOps intelligence platform that analyzes logs, metrics, and CI/CD traces to identify root causes of production issues. The Service includes dashboard analytics, AI-assisted issue triage, deployment correlation, and integration with third-party source code management (SCM) and CI/CD providers.

3. Beta Access

The Service is currently in invite-only beta ("Beta Program"). Access is granted at our sole discretion. Beta features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice. By participating in the Beta Program, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Use the Service to process data that you do not have the right to process.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. Sensitive data (credentials, PII) is automatically redacted before being sent to AI models.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to analyze data and provide insights, root cause analyses, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for production decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SerOps Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerOps Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data prior to termination upon request.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
